Samantha B. Dolan joined Adelberg Rudow in 2022 as a paralegal in the Estates and Trusts practice group.

Ms. Dolan began her legal career at a boutique law firm in Towson, Maryland where she was a Paralegal primarily focusing on Estate and Trust Administration.  She gained her experience assisting with the administration of estates and trusts across the state of Maryland, preparing Medicaid applications, Guardianship proceedings, and drafting Estate Planning documents, including Wills, Advanced Medical Directives, Powers of Attorney, and Revocable Living Trusts.

Ms. Dolan is particularly interested in estate planning and administration of estates.  She feels it is essential that everyone, no matter how young or old, execute an estate plan or will.  This planning hopefully will avoid any unnecessary angst when a loved one passes.  Having the proper plan in place will provide the family some relief while grieving the loss of a loved one.

Ms. Dolan was born and raised in Maryland. She graduated from Century High School in 2014 and graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Family Studies in 2018.  While at Towson University, she interned at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections within the Alternative Sentencing Division where she facilitated the assignment of court-ordered community service to defendants.  She was a member of the Criminal Justice National Honors Society and participated in intramural soccer.

Outside of work, Ms. Dolan enjoys the outdoors, listening to true crime podcasts, traveling, and trivia.

Area of Concentration:
