Mark L. Miller

Mark L. Miller is a Member of Adelberg Rudow. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions, construction and design law. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Miller holds degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, in Architecture and Civil Engineering.

Mr. Miller represents property and business owners, trusts, developers, lenders, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in numerous matters including the acquisition, disposition, financing, refinancing and management of real property and business interests, as well as site design, land development, construction of improvements, covenants, easements, leasing, asset transfers, construction disputes, design liability claims and the negotiation of complex construction and design professional contracts. Mr. Miller’s practice also includes overseeing the development and operation of various portfolios of commercial, industrial, retail and office properties in multiple states.  Mr. Miller is chair of the law firm’s real estate and corporate practice.

Prior to being admitted to the bar, Mr. Miller worked as a construction manager for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company on several multi-million dollar development projects, including the expansion and renovation of Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland, Annapolis Mall, and the upgrade of an IBM chiller plant in Fishkill, New York, receiving multiple Quality Control awards. Mr. Miller also has extensive field construction experience as a carpenter foreman, rigger and concrete laborer.
