Tracy Steedman Presents at the AIA Chesapeake Bay Chapter Regional Learning Program
Adelberg Rudow Attorney, Tracy Steedman, presented on “Designing Your Contract: Risk Management for Design Professionals” at the AIA Chesapeake Bay Half-Day Learning Program on June 13th, 2017.
The Eastern Shore Regional Learning Program was held on June 13th at Friel Lumber in Queenstown. Tracy presented on mitigating risk when designing a contract that will work for all parties involved in a design project. The Narrows Restaurant provided delicious food at Friel Lumber. Program sponsors include Pyramid Builders and Architectural Window Supply.

About AIA Chesapeake Bay Chapter
The Chesapeake Bay Chapter, founded in 1965, is a regional component of the American Institute of Architects, serving eleven counties where its members live and work: Anne Arundel, Calvert, St. Mary’s, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset. The Chesapeake Bay Chapter AIA meets several times a year in various localities within the region. Meetings are open to members, their friends and guests, prospective members, architectural students, high school students, and interested parties. The Chapter office is housed with AIA Maryland at 86 Maryland Avenue in Annapolis, Maryland.
